Lifelong friends Matthew & Marianne Myers welcomed their newest family member, Violet May in to the world on Tuesday May, 1 2012 at Akron General Hospital in Akron, Ohio.  She weighed in at 7'11".  I had an opportunity to catch Violet on her 1 day birthday and to be graced with the presence of her paternal grand mother and great grandmother.
